Higher education faces the challenge of artificial intelligence
The rapid rise of generative artificial intelligence is shaking up the foundations of higher education. NEOMA, a major business school, has teamed up with Mistral AI, a French unicorn specialising in AI, to tackle the challenge together.
The two partners hosted a morning AI seminar in late June, when they also announced the launch of an "ESR Club" in tandem with two other business schools: EM Lyon and ESSEC.

The core challenge is to equip all education stakeholders – students and teachers alike – with the skills and understanding needed to engage critically and responsibly with generative AI. It should not be a gimmick, but a tool for creating value.
The other challenge is to realign skills – and, by extension, training – to ensure that students are prepared for a world where AI is ever-present.
