Amy Greiner Fehl is an Associate Professor of Marketing at NEOMA Business School. She teaches B2B Marketing and Sales & Business Development. With over 10 years of work experience in the healthcare and aerospace industries, she earned her PhD from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from Georgia Tech. She received her undergraduate degree and highest honor in her major in Science, Technology, and International Affairs from Georgetown University. Her research appears in Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Service Research, Psychology & Marketing, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Consumer Affairs, and Journal of Personal Selling & Sales Management, among others. She explores transformative healthcare policy, marketplace crises, solidarity, cultural violence in markets, and connection through meaning-making in sales and services marketing. Amy serves on the Editorial Review Board of the Journal of Business Research.
