ABBES
Molka Abbes is Associate Professor of Marketing at NEOMA Business School. She holds a PhD in Management Sciences from the Université Panthéon Assas. For several years, she directed the Specialize Mastère degree in " Service Management and Customer Relationships".
Molka is a specialist in relationship marketing and teaches experiential and sensorial marketing, customer centricity, netnography and luxury multichannel retail in initial training, continuing education and executive education programmes. She is also a visiting professor at the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) in Beijing, China.
Molka is a member of the Smart Products and Consumption Institute (SPoC) at NEOMA BS and publishes on the concepts of trust, retail experience and experiential and sensorial marketing.
