BEAUJOLIN
Rachel has been a professor in management and human resources since 2002. She received her PhD in Management Sciences (Ecole Polytechnique) in 1999 and her Habilitation to Supervise Research (IEA Paris - Sorbonne) in 2006. Her main areas of research are organizational transformations and employment management, work management and industrial relations and collective learning and experiential learning dynamics. She uses action-research and action-training methods to co-construct knowledge with practitioners and among peers. Her research has been published journals such as M@n@gement, Culture and Organization, Relations Industrielles, Gérer et Comprendre, and Revue de Gestion des Ressources Humaines. Since her arrival at NEOMA BS, she has been in charge of research development, head of the People and Organizations department, and Director of the Reims campus. Previously, she was a consultant in Industrial Relations (1993-2000) and scientific advisor for the research at the Ministry of Labor (2000-2002).
