Ghassen BOUSLAMA is Associate Professor in the Finance department of NEOMA BS. He holds a DEA in Management Sciences from the University of Toulouse I and a Doctorate in Management Sciences from the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne. He teaches corporate finance, corporate valuation and mergers and acquisitions. He also coordinated the finance and corporate finance specializations of the apprenticeship and full-time courses of the Grande Ecole Program. His research focuses on the bank-SME relationship, financing international growth for SMEs and the financing of high-growth SMEs. He has published several articles in journals such as Revue Française de Gestion, Revue d’Economie Financière and Research in International Business and Finance.
