CHEMIN-BOUZIR
Carine Chemin-Bouzir holds a PhD in Management Sciences and is an Associate Professor at NEOMA Business School. Her teaching is based on professional co-development, i.e. mutual learning between peers. She also teaches management of plurality based on students' field experiences. Her research is in line with critical approaches in organisations and is inspired by psychoanalysis, particularly Lacanian psychoanalysis. She is interested in the future perspectives opened up by alternative organisations and practices to the dominant management approaches. She is a founding member of the AIMS Permanent Working Group on Psychoanalysis, Organisations, Work and Society. She recently published an article in the Revue Française de Gestion on alter-consulting.
