KOUMAKHOV
Rouslan KOUMAKHOV is a Full Professor at NEOMA Business School since September 2004. He completed his PhD in Economic Sciences at the Institute of World Economy and International Relations in Moscow and then from the Université of Paris-10 Nanterre. He teaches Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Team Management, and Multicultural Management. His research focuses on organizational theory, decision-making, organizational behavior, social science epistemology, economic sociology, conventions and routines, and social theories applied to organizational decisions. He is one of the most recognized specialists in the Simonian cognitivist approach to organizations. The results of Rouslan’s research have appeared in numerous academic publications such as Journal of Management Studies, Industrial and Corporate Change, Journal of Economic Methodology.
