Imen Mejri is the Director of the Programme Grande Ecole and professor of Finance at NEOMA Business School. She has previously served as Head of the MSc Corporate Finance. Imen holds a doctorate degree in Management Sciences (Finance) from the University of Paris I - Panthéon Sorbonne. She teaches several Finance courses, including Corporate Finance, Asset Valuation and Financial Policies. She conducts research on innovative corporate financing, in particular Crowdfunding, Private Equity, and alternative debt contracts. Her research results have been published in academic journals such as Finance, Gérer et Comprendre and Analyse Financière. Imen is a member of the Association Française de Finance, the European Financial Management Association, and the International Academic Association of Governance.
