THENOT-LECOMTE
Maryline THENOT is Professor and Member of the Bioeconomy Chair at Néoma Business School. She has a doctorate in Management Sciences and a degree in Law and Strategy. She has extensive experience as a consultant in law firms and in international companies. She teaches tax and legal engineering and strategy, governance, bioeconomy, and the Social Solidarity Economy (SSE) in initial and continuing education programs and specialized Masters. Her research focuses on institutional change and the role of governance and values, the contribution of Social Solidarity Economy (SSE) companies, in particular cooperatives, to the transition economy, the bioeconomy, agriculture, and health. She is the author of academic articles, books and international studies on cooperatives, the bioeconomy and the SSE. Her work has been published in the Revue française de gestion, Economie rurale, Revue Internationale de l'Economie Sociale, Question(s) de Management, Food systems, among others. She is a reviewer for several academic journals, including Management International and Economie Rurale, and she participates in several research projects funded at the regional and international level such as BLUEPRINT on topics related to the bioeconomy and SSE. Maryline is a member of the Scientific Steering Committee of the French Society of Rural Economy, as well as a Director of the European Center for Biotechnology and Bioeconomics and of the French Bioeconomists Club.
