Holding a Masters in Psychology, a Research Masters in Organisation Sociology and a PhD in Management Sciences, Hédia ZANNAD applies these fields of discipline to her teaching (Project management, Humanities and Business, Diversity management,) as well as her academic research. Her research focuses mainly on two fields: the project (project management, Validation of Acquired Experience project, the drivers of the project in skills assessment, the role of the project in the professionalization offered by higher education) and DDI, or Discrimination / Diversity / Inclusion, with the themes of career caps linked to gender and diploma, religion and refugees. Her work has appeared in publications such as Revue Française de Gestion, Formation & Emploi, Management & Avenir.
