Patrick is Associate Professor of Management at NEOMA Business School. He received his PhD from HEC Paris. Before joining academia, Patrick worked in a management consulting firm. Patrick teaches management, negotiation and conflict management, leadership, human resourcesm, and organizational behavior. Patrick’s research investigates organization theories, with a focus on paradox theory, institutional logics and identity. His work has been published in Organization Studies and Journal of Management Inquiry. He also regularly attends international conferences such as Academy of Management and EGOS.
